Ok so today I got a carrier settings Dec 10 update and I would like to know what's new or if something was fixed

PRL Update and likely some preferences revolving around how each LTE band is handled. This is pretty typical of these updates. Wi-Fi Calling for iOS will come in an iOS Update.

I Was wondering the same thing was hoping it was for WiFi calling but couldn't find it anywhere if that was the case. Would be nice if they had an area stating what it was improving When you optioned to accept it and then another saying you're now updated. I clicked accept and have no idea if it went through.
