The email should be under 500K without attachment, however will be 5M with it.
If it possible to receive the email without attachment when it's oversized?

If you are, when did this issue start? What is your phone model? Is the issue with picture you took with your phone, or a picture you downloaded from the internet?

I need to receive email from a important sender.
Some time the email is sent with text, picture, and video.
When the picture or video is too big, #@vzwpix.com can’t accept it and reject it all.
My question is: if the picture and video is too big to be send to #@vzwpix.com, can the text be accepted without the picture or video.

If the message is undeliverable, it will reject the entire message. What model device do you have?
