LG G3 Phone marked as Non-VZW phone after restore

The LG G3 on our plan had recently crashed, and we were forced to restore the phone from a backup made a few weeks earlier. Now, the IMEI is not registered, and the phone is seen as a non-VZW phone online. It's also impossible to update via OTA as it says the phone is not registered. Is there any way to resolve this?

I can relate to how important it is that your device be recognized in the system. No worries, we're here to help out. Please power off your device, then remove the SIM for about 30 seconds, then power the device back on.
