My phone was flickering on the bottom half of the screen and it would always freeze. I rebooted into safe mode and it worked fine so I did a factory reset and now I can't sign in to the samsung account. PLEASE HELP
I totally understand the importance of having a properly working phone. Let's get yours back up & running. May I ask what is happening when you try to log into your Samsung account? Any error messages? Are you able to skip it & continue your set up on your phone?
