Why Im not able to use my internet or surf while im on a phone call ? I had htc one m8 before and didt have the same problem
Have you enabled Advanced Calling and are you in an LTE area when trying to talk and surf?
I been trying to enable it but it say "we encountered a problem activating Advanced calling. Please try again later.
Go to your My Verizon page and check your features and apps/programs tab. You might can enable it on the account there. If nothing else, *611 and ask them to enable it on the account if need be. It was supposed to be as easy as tapping activate, but you know how that goes.
