Low to No Signal

For past month the Verizon signal at our home is awful. Both android Samsung phones. We removed battery and shut off wi fi and no improvement. One call can drop 2 -3 times. Very frustrating that I pay for service and have to leave my house. Loved here 10 years..no problems until recent. Zip. 85234

I would be concerned too if my service changed at my home. When did you purchase the Samsung phones? What is the signal strength of the devices? Does it show 3G or 4G? What model are the phones?

Your old 3g devices worked great bc their network on it is strong. They are building the LTE 4th generation network with hiccups. They will offer you a network extender which if you don't have a home phone go ahead and invest in

It is a Samsung galaxy S5. I have had it for 20 months or so..no problems prior to last 3 weeks. 4G lte...but have 3g and 1x most of time. Never more than one bar. Trying to sell me a network extender
