I don’t know if Verizon Customer Service / techs can help with this one!
I have a Galaxy S4 and have very little service strength if any ! at work and around the work area inside and outside! I work in a hospital (zip 60007 – Elk Grove Village IL) we have a Verizon booster /transmitter on the roof of the building and in sight of it outside! I have asked many of the workers and visitors if they have the same problem. There response was yes they have this problem here has well. All other networks have a strong signal and connectivity inside and outside of the building. It is that bad I cannot even make calls at times due to no signal message…not even 911!
We have just installed a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) within the hospital and Verizon has not participated in the scheme!! Myself and family all work here and would like Verizon to check out the area for this problem and try to rectify it. It’s not just me it is ALL Verizon phones that this happens too. Maybe Verizon can be included in the DAS ?? this is very poor from the ‘best cell phone service provider’ I would like to stay with Verizon and will be changing to another provider if this cannot be corrected. Yes we have tried every trick in the book regarding removing sim card.. Reboot, check airplane mode on/off etc. etc.
