Screen lock does does not allow me option of turning it off. Can't figure out what app has shut those options off.
Let's get this issue resolved pronto John. First please clarify, are you not able to turn off the screen lock feature? Or are you not able to turn your phone off while the screen lock is enabled? When did this issue start? Do you remember if issue started after installing/updating a particular application/software?

I am having the same issue. My lock screen will not allow me to select the none button. It is greyed out. I don't know how long it has been doing this I just know now I can't turn it off.

Some applications require a security code for the phone. Android Pay is one of the applications. Do you have any applications like that? Otherwise try clearing the security credentials from the phone.
