My daughter forgot her password to her verizon lg it is linked to my email however when I put in my info it only says verifying account can anyone help
Do you have Android Device Manager set up on her phone?
If you did log into the website and change the password from there. You need to log in with your credentials. One nice feature Google introduced.
Here's the thing about using ADM to change a password.
That is a recent change :smileysad: When my daughter had changed the passlock and forgot what it was I just used ADM to change it. Sad they changed it, but I could see how it could cause trouble.
