Galaxy S6 using extended network and not 4G

I have an issue with my S6 dropping calls when I am in 4G range. I'll be in 4G then get a call and it immediately goes into extended network. Then i

t will often drop service even though I'm in a 4G network. My HD Calling feature is disabled as I ready that could be the culprit but still having issue. Any help would be appreciated?

Thanks for starting the troubleshooting process with us Zsblack17. Checking HD Calling was a great start. Let's roll up our sleeves and figure this out. When did this start hapening? Is this happening indoors and/or outdoors? What zip code is this happening in?

I would be concerned too if my phone was acting this way. When did it begin? Are there any updates pending on the device? What zip code is this in? Does it happen on each and every call or just some calls?
