When I open my phone to dial or open the text app or juat about any app a video plays. I have to watch til I can x out of it. Sometimes takes me from video to play store to download app video was about. How do I get rid of this?

Let's get roll up our sleeves to get this these videos to stop playing. Making sure your phone is in tip top shape is the name of our game. When did this issue start to happen? Have you recently downloaded any new apps to your phone? Are you using the native text app that came with the phone or are you using the Verizon Messages (red icon) text app?

It started day before my posting. And I'm using the red text app. It
happens now whenever I open anything screen freezer and them a video plays
then goes to download the pm for whatever video it was.
