S6 endless reboot after update

My S6 installed an update today and now is in an endless reboot loop. I erased the cache, and starting in Safe Mode does not help. I have the phone encrypted, and after entering the password, it decrypts, the home screen flashes up for about a second, then goes back into decryption mode and asks for the password. Any suggestions?

I tried safe mode, and finally I backed up the phone and did a factory reset. Nothing worked. I had to send the phone back an get a new one. Unfortunately, all previous text messages were lost. After the phone was replaced, I lost the screen protector that had been installed on the original phone. Not the ideal solution, but everything is at least working on the new phone.

I'm having the same problem of constant reboot. I don't have mine encrypted. It just constantly reboots. Tried doing Software Repair from my computer, but phone doesn't stay on long enough for computer to recognize it. When chatting with Verizon customer service they told me to call tech support even after explaining to them this is my only phone line.

How very strange to hear your phone misbehaving this way. Lets dig down & get to the bottom of this. Is there a particular app or function of the phone you are doing when this happens? Have you tried restarting the phone in safe mode http://spr.ly/6585BpBp1 to see if the rebooting continues?

I ended up taking my phone to the Verizon store. They replaced it and all is working fine, now.

I have Ellipsis 8 Tablet maybe 4 months old. I left tablet on power at 36% came back and it was turned off. I turned it back and it wont stop rebooting. I tried soft reset that did not fix it. I tried cache wipe did not work, i tried factory reset multiple times that did not work. I let battery drain completely recharged it and still stuck in reboot loop. Tablet turns on completely goes to lock screen and stays on all of 10 seconds before it shuts down completely. I can unlock it screen is responsive while on but it wont stay on for more than 8-10 seconds. What do i do, im only account manager on family plan and dont want to bother my parents on vacation with this issue but i need my tablet. Pls help me

I just tried google+ reset that did not work either, no water damage or physical damage in perfect condition. Im at a lost this started around 8pm ct yesterday. Last new app installed was about t days ago and it was vlc player from google store
