I just received my replacement phone and the sim card is not working please advise...
Go online to My Verizon and activate the card. Look for activate/switch device.

If the SIM card in your old phone is still active and fits into the new phone, just swap the SIM. That should take care of everything. Otherwise, call Customer Service from another phone.
