The Mac address and IP address both show unavailable? Please help! I had not been able to sign into Wi-Fi anywhere all of yesterday!
If the Wi-Fi MAC Address is missing from the status pages of the phone, the phone is not recognizing the Wi-Fi Radio.
Try turning your phone off, taking off the back cover, and removing the battery for about 30 seconds. After re-inserting see if the phone behaves any differently. Just in case, take a backup of all of your data on the phone before powering down, so nothing of importance is lost in the event something bad (unlikely) happens.
