All baby pictures and videos are wiped off phone without notice. Please. Help
A system update wouldn't have wiped the phone. Is it possible that you had too many incorrect password entries and it factory reset the phone for security?
Also is it possible that the photos were backed up to your Google account online or the Verizon Cloud?
Yes I think my daughter was playing with the phone
No the pictures wasn't manually backed up by me
Then it is fairly likely that the pictures and videos are lost.
Next time setup the automatic backup to Google photos or another cloud service.
