My phone has been getting a message saying "Unfortunately, Messaging has stopped." Ever since this happened, my text messaging has been inconsistent. I am receiving texts today that were sent yesterday and sometimes not receiving them at all. How can this be fixed?

Help, my LG G2 is doing the same thing. Only mine gives me the message "Unfortunately, messaging has stopped" as soon as I reboot my phone or reset it. Won't let me send or read any text messages.

We'd like to get this issue resolved for you. Have you downloaded any third party applications? Try deleting any old messages then power down your device. Also, remove and reinsert the SIM card then test the device to see if the issue is corrected. Please keep us posted and let us know whether or not this was helpful.
