Note 5....

I seem to be having problems texting one contact. Or even call......I can receive their text and call,..but they do not receive mine. I have to send a S Note in order for them to receive anything from me. It's really bothersome, seeing this is my son. I am not blocked on his phone, and he is not blocked on mine. He has cricket phone service. Plz help...

Let's get these messages working. We can start by confirming the issue isn't on your device's end. Please attempt sending the phone in a question both a picture and regular text. Follow that up with sending yourself the same picture and a test text.

I sent myself a text, and a picture text and it worked. Now, I can send pictures to my contact, and if I use the s note on my phone and save it as a image file, they will receive that,...also they can receive voice messages,..just not text messages or phone calls. They can call me and text me,..but I can not them.

Gertie, I am glad to hear the text message issue is now resolved. Let me help you get your phone calls in order. When you place a call to your contacts what happens? What message do you hear? Have you tried to delete their number and setting it up again?
