3 phones on my contract use cloud backup. all files backup just fine, I can view said files on cloud just fine, but when I go to restore the files only a small fraction of the files show as available. this is happening on all 3 phones.
Hi Cromag08, using the cloud to backup all your devices is an awesome idea but let me find what is happening with you not being able to see all the files when you go to restore them. How much space is available on the device you are attempting to do the restore on? Why are you needing to do a restore? Share more information so we can look into this further.
