It doesn't matter where I am or if my case is on or off. They say I sound like I am muffled or in a well. I try moving where I am holding the phone but it doesn't help.
Is the phone still under warranty? If so do as I suggested and get it checked and possible replaced under warranty
Has it always been like this or is it something fairly recent? Any liquid damage you can think of? Rain? And are you still under warranty? If you are and you're sure you haven't had any damage then you may want to visit an Apple Store to have them check it out.
Off and on after having for a about 1 month. Now, it seems to be almost every phone call. No water damage.
