Track phone return?

A few months ago I bought a new iPhone and sent in my old phone for a trade in credit. I still have not seen credit for this on any of our bills. Unfortunately, I naively thought this would be a simple transaction that Verizon could handle and didn't keep track of the tracking info for the return. I was wondering where on the website I could find tracking for this.
