I live in zip code 77575. I do not have any signal at all. There is no calls incoming, outgoing or text. Is there a problem in this service area that I should know about?

What have you tried so far to correct the issue? Are you the only one affected by this issue? Have you tried to power cycle your device to refresh the network?

It just started this morning. Yes I have power cycled it several times but it has not worked. My location picks up the signals from the tower that is located on FM 2830, I believe that is consided in the Hardin, Tx area. I do not know yet if anyone else is having the same problem, I am at home alone with this being my only phone.

What changes have been made to the device in the last several days (new software update, new accessories, new applications, etc)? Hello,No I did not make any changes to my phone, apps, service, etc.My service was restored that same night along with everyone else in my neighborhood.We could get service on in Ames, Tx but once we drove onto FM 2830 signal started getting weaker and by the time we drove onto County Road 166, the service would completely drop. Around 7:30 - 8:00 pm the signal started returning.
