Can't login. Says I can't use special characters when I'm not using any!

Being able to use your online My Verizon account is of the utmost importance. I want to make sure you can access your account. Do you receive this error message on your Username or Password, when logging in? Have you been able to sign into your online account on a computer? When was the last time you were able to sign in to your account?
