Help! My screen is locked and my phone needs to be reset. Is there any way to save my data before I lose it in the reset?
Bunnywendy, this would truly concern me as well, as losing my data without being able to perform a backup would certainly bum me out.
Let's make sure we explore all options. Does your phone provide the option to use your Google Gmail info at the bottom of the lock screen to try and unlock your phone?
If yes, you may want to try that route first. (You may need to log in to your Gmail account by computer first, and disable the 2-Step verification option under Settings.
