Not really sure how to troubleshoot.... did soft reboot. Still not connecting to the data network.

It's an LG transpyre.. I'm in 12205... Yes I can make and recv calls... When I try to access Google, facebook, etc they all say "no data connecton, please try again later".
I just did a factory reset and still isn't working
I appreciate all of the steps you have taken so far. It is alarming to see you continue to have no data service on your phone. Have you tried removing the sim from it? This link will show you how: http://vz.to/1O1580p If so, the next step would be to have the sim replaced.
The Transpyre is a prepay phone. Is your account a prepay account or post pay? If it is prepay you will want to reach them to get a sim/make sure your line is set up correctly. You may reach them directly at either: 877-777-5759 or 888-294-6804. If your account is post pay, you may reach them directly at 800-922-0204.
