When I updated the patch for Android 5.1.1 my phone
1. Stopped charging
2. Gets hot and force shut down and turned on and off repeatedly
3. Loses cell reception and says no service/emergency calls. But I cannot dial 911 either
4. And it keeps kicking me off my WiFi.
5. No answer had been found as to when this will be rectified by either Verizon or Google.
Can I get someone from their corporate headquarters to look into this for all of us going through these problems? Thanks.
