Droid Turbo 2 - wireless charging

I bought a Samsung charging pad on the advise of my VZ rep.  Said it was compatible with my DT2.  Numerous times while its charging the light on the pad starts flashing.  It doesn't stop until I remove the phone and replace it.  It also has only once charged the phone to 100%.  Is this normal??

Droid Turbo is an excellent device William, great choice. My resources indicate that some wireless may have the light blinking when the phone is not properly positioned, and that is why removing and placing again resolves the issue. Wireless charging may also take a bit longer to get your phone fully charged, and seeing that your phone has charged to 100% at least once indicates that your wireless charger is working as designed.
