I purchased the V10 a month ago, I connected my work email and my live mail to my phone initially but there is a bug in the software with Microsoft Exchange overheating the phone and sucking the battery dry in 1-2 hours. I had to do a factory restart to get my battery back to normal because removing the email did not solve the problem. I spoke with a Verizon rep who said it was an LG issue and they had an update planned for January to fix this issue. Has the fix been placed yet? I contacted LG support and they said it was a Verizon software issue. I HAVE to use my phone for work but currently cannot. I have the instructions to load my email using the "other" method rather than Microsoft exchange but get the error "server not available" I am connected to WIFI and my data is enabled so there is a server available. I NEED HELP!! not the run around.
