Hello. Need help here
Please
You may have some sort of static charge in the phone messing things up. Try taking the battery out and then reinstalling the battery after a minute or so and see if you can turn the phone on then.

I would be just as worried and frustrated with this, lanahduane. Edras offered great advice, however, I just want to make sure that you do not remove the battery from a phone that isn't designed with a removeable battery in mind.
What is the make and model of the phone you are using? Some phones may have a an alternate restart method needed to simulate a battery removal if the phone becomes unresponsive.
Please let us know what model phone you are using so we and the community can help further. Thank you.
