Where is my service?

Verizon service is awful and the Verizon site is useless! I recently moved and my signal went from 4 bars to 0 or sometimes 1. The solution from Verizon is to purchase an extender. I can go 4 miles in any direction from my home and get 3+ but my community gets zilch.  I'mean spending enough on 3 cells phones plus the service contact (over $200/mo.) why pay more for what Verizon has promised and advertized. Can'the wait to drop these cheats.

Did you have a ticket opened when the network extender was recommended?
