Looks like there is an outage. People have been complaining about it on Twitter.
Same. Seems to be network wide, most likely a mess up with the approaching time change.

Of course there is no tech support. I remember this happening a few years ago as well.
Don't know if it matters to you, but, I am beyond frustration myself for having been w/out texting!
