We definitely want you to have the best connection and speeds. What model of phone are we working with? How long have you been having these concerns? Any recent changes since you noticed these changes such as new apps, app updates, software updates or even damage? What speeds are you receiving? Are these speeds specific to one location or everywhere that you go? Are you aware of others with similar concerns?

*Issues with my phone 2 Months after I purchased.
*No changes to my Cell Phone Apps are fine.
*Three 3 Factory resets, One with Verizon, 2 that I did.
*Is okay but it's been Kotched down ⬇ from where it was.
*15 if us noticed the Lags surfacing the Website and the Speed is okay but
not the same... Areas NH, ME, RI, MA, to mention a few.
*Been told by Verizon Mgr nothing they can do... Going on a Year +
Bitching about this phone.
*Going to buy another Phone out of my pocket if this one doesn't work it's
the carrier.

Allow us to look into this from a network perspective. May I ask what zip code are you having slow speeds in? When you mentioned lagging, are you referring to the data speeds or the device navigating from menu to menu? Can we assume that there isn't any physical/liquid damage on your LG G3?
