I bought Canadian coverage. It worked for a few days and then quit, yet I am still paying for it. Visual VM works, as does email and texting, and I have checked my settings. I dial a number (with a 1 in front of it) and it shows on the screen and then goes nowhere. This is my business lifeline and need to have it working. Going to a corporate office isn't in the picture. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
