Message+ APP Just one contact messages seemed to disappear. Not the first time either.
Kelloggs73, text messages are an important part of communication. Let’s ensure we have those messages back on your phone. In order to properly resolve the issue, please help clarify some things. What kind of phone are you using? How often does this happen? How long has this been happening? What other services do you use to backup data?

I have a Droid Turbo. This has only happened twice. Once a couple months ago and then 1-6-16. It happened to the same contact both times. As far as I know everything is backed up to my Google account and Verizon Cloud too I think.

Do the text messages appear on their own or are they completly lost? No the contact doesn't disappear. Just recent text messages. Like on 1-6-16 all recent messages disappeared but 2 from October were still there.
The missing texts never reappear. The contact is my #1 contact. The one I text everyday.
