Advanced calling is off still getting error code 248 on ring back tones

Ringback tones are fun to use, lisaburkett67. Have you tried to manage your Ringback tones on line on MyVerizon under device - media? We also have Slacker Rignback tones. What device are you using?

"Advanced calling is off" - on the phone AND in your online account? You may have it turned off on the phone but it's still on your account at MyVerizon - you need to uninstall it from the phone and remove it from your Veriozn account. THEN ringback tones should work.
