My email stopped working August 6th and I am not real good with cell phones so am often unable to find the area I am supposed to look under to rectify the problem. Can anyone help me?

My phone is a 2015 Motorola Droid Maxx. I do not receive any emails on the phone. Have not tried to send to anyone else. The email accout is [removed].

This is a great start for us to get your e-mails working again, Greekgranny. One thing that I would recommond on trying is to remove the e-mail account from the device and then re-add it back on to the phone. This did not work for me at all. I have a Motorola Droid Maxx 2015. I could not find the settings as you have them outlined here to perform the delete and read of the email. I have been very ill and hospitalized, nearly losing my life to septic shock. I needed my email over the past 5 weeks and still am without a working email. Can Anyone assist me? I believe these instructions are for a different style Motorola.
