My iphone 5c only freezes in and when i press the preinstalled phone thimbnail/icon. I cant access contacts, voicemails, or call log. I have rebooted every way besides toral reset. Does anyone know what to do or how to fix?
Let's get your phone to a warmer place and stop all freezes David. I understand that you have done some rebooting and issue continues. My resouces indicate that a factory reset via iTunes may resolve this issue at once. Give it a try https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252 and keep us posted.
