no sound on phone calls

I  recently used an 1/8" jack to play music to an external speaker and when i unplugged the jack, now I can't hear phone calls. . . I can still hear notifications (text, email, FB, etc) but no sound when a call is placed or received.  I've been using my bluetooth which works fine, but there are some occasions when I need to use the phone speaker itself.  Any thoughts? Thanks

Let's pump up the volume on your phone.  We want you hear your phone calls and take advantage of the speaker.  Those are some of the great benefits of owning a cell phone.  What is the make/model of you phone?
