problems with note 4 edge

I'm having nothing but trouble with my phone I can no longer call someone because they can't hear me apps are always freezing as well as keyboard. I'm paying top dollar for it and I wish I stayed with the note 2 . my husband's phone is having issues too its a galaxy 6 edge . I feel like its been a huge waste of money and time.

We want you to be able to use your device and enjoy your services. I am sorry to hear your phone isn't working as it should be. Do you hear audio when you receive text or emails? Are you able to hear when you use headphones?
