Can radio shack see this? Clerk stole $10 dollars from my pay per calling plan. Didn't go through. Insisted it did.

10 min at .50/min is $5.

It is $5.00 every month, and calls to landlines in Hong Kong are $0.09 / minute while calls to mobile lines in Hong Kong are $0.17 / minute. I'm so sorry you had this type of experience at a store location. We do care about out customers, and providing you with the correct information is apart of our integrity because we are consumers too. Did you receive a receipt while at the store location? Did you call the store and speak to the representative and or manager about the issue? We want to ensure feedback is forwarded to upper management so this won't happen again. Where is the store located? Who did you speak with?
