I was on the phone with tech support a couple of weeks ago, and my issue is still an issue: I am not receiving notifications for anything. This was never a problem before I switched from an Unlimited Data plan, tbh. No email notifications for my 3 email accounts, Etsy, Facebook, voicemails, all are absent. If I go in to the program then I get notices, but I have to refresh my gmail to get the new mail. I do not have restrict background usage on any of my apps/mail (I saw that was a suggested fix on another thread).
I'm kind of at my wit's end, and don't really have a ton of extra time (or a landline) to be able to call tech support consistently. Any help would be appreciated!
