I depend on my text messaging most of the time so I can understand the frustration when you see this error message. Let's work together to get this issue resolved. Have you recently downloaded a new app or software update? Do you use the native text messaging app or a third party app?

Thanks for the follow-up. I went into a store and was helped. Replaced the sim card but it still happened so they reset my phone and the issue was fixed.
