For over a month I've had problems charging my phone, an iPhone 5. The issue kept getting worse, to the point where now I cannot charge my phone at all. I tried all of the regular trouble shooting, from trying different cables and chargers to cleaning lint out of the bottom of the phone. At this point, it seems clear that for some reason my phone is broken, which is especially frustrating since there was no accident or event that caused the problem in the first place.
I have about another year until I am due for an upgrade and another phone, but was hoping that Verizon could help address this issue by sending me a replacement phone. I can't call customer support because my phone is dead and I couldn't find an email address that I could use, so I figured that I should post this note here.
