I have unlocked my iPhone 6 which was with ATT. I have an Apple iPhone 5 c with verizon. I want to
know if I can use my sim card from my 5c in my iPhone 6 so it becomes my phone
I am fairly certain it will work, and Verizon has a new policy that will allow non-Verizon phones that are unlocked onto their network, as long as it supports the LTE bands and CDMA bands required by Verizon. Not many phones meet this criteria, but the iPhone 6 does.

Will not work on Verizon
I am leery to say yes simply because he got it from a 3rd party and it's intended for AT&T. He made no mention it was unlocked.
Tidbits Everyone has a bad day, pointing this out with respect.
1st sentence of OP " I have unlocked my iPhone 6 which was with ATT"
Some people have said they successfully activated and used an AT&T branded iPhone 6 on Verizon. Won't hurt to insert your SIM card and see.
