What is my "Existing account number" ???

I don't know my "Existing account number" for my Prepaid account.

I'm trying to purchase a Prepay Galaxy S6. But, I cannot find this "account number" on My Verizon (via phone or laptop).

Where do I go to get it? Unless its the same as my phone number? I wouldn't think so...help please?

(Trying to transfer my current prepaid number)

If it is anything like most other prepaid carriers, you have to call to get the account number. I don't have an acct # on my prepaid with vzw.

Best way to handle this, if you haven't already is to dial *611 from your phone to get the info.
