I need a level 2 tech to help me...

Been on the phone last hour trying to get my voice mail fixed..

I need this fixed asap...I have a new phone , a month old...had numerous problems.. but this latest I need resolved.

Apparently my calls come to my phone but if I miss a call and it goes to voice mail...it's not my voice mail.. it's my mothers??? All my voice mails are going to my mom's cell...a woman who is with hospice right now and I can't even begin to explain to her how or why this is happening..

Verizon tried to reset my voice mail but nothing worked...you call my number and I can see the calla but as soon as the vm kicks in...I can't access the messages .

My daughter is also in a hospital in az...any calls coming in for her that I miss I have no idea who called me. They recognized a different number on the recording and due to HIPPA regulations they can't leave me a message. Even if they did or could. .. mom is not going to be able to check her messages and let me know..

Verizon told me to bring mom's phone in with mom's phone.

But I don't have power of attorney to access her account..

I can't risk any missed calls and Verizon has no idea why this happened.

I did report some suspecicious calls to my phone last weekend.. that appeared on my phone as 100-4111.. Verizon told me they has no idea what it is.. but for me not to worry..

I also tried to save a number in my phone last weekend but when trying to add a number my phone gives me an alert that that number was already saved in my phone as a verizon message usage #.. ???? I had to delete that number to be able to.save my friends number..

I need a working voice mail...that comes to my phone ...that I can access...

If you are the account owner OR account manager then you can have a customer service agent or a tech agent check on what the number is that your voicemail is going to. If it is not YOUR number then have them change it so it routes correctly. Also check if the "no answer" call forwarding is on. (usualy forwards to a google message service)

Wow, this is definitely strange. Let's get to the bottom of your voicmail concerns Jeasterby. I know how important it is to ensure voicemails are being directed to the right line. Have you verified your calls are not being forward? When did voicemails begin forwarding to your mother's line? Did you make any changes to your or your mother's phone prior to this starting? To ensure this has not been done, you may dial *73 send directly from your handset. You will hear confirmation beeps/message. Once you hear this, you may end the call and test your voicemail. Keep us updated.
