Ellipse tablet. Some areas of the screen do not work. Purchased September 2015. Just started to use and now some areas don't respond to touch. Is this fixable or do I need to get a new tablet?

That is some great advice, mama23dogs.Mamabeyta, I want to make sure that we get your tablet working without any issues. Is there any kind of physical or liquid damage to the tablet at all? Is there a screen protector on the tablet or a case? Please keep me posted.

There is no damage of any kind to the tablet. It in a case that I got when
I purchased it.
