I have replaced the Droid Ultra (my daughter's phone) twice (so this is a 3rd phone). I must be getting refurbished phones because each time there is a different issue with the Droid Ultra. I have no problem with refurbished equipment I would really like for them to work...
On my last visit the customer service representative offered to assist us and then rudely interrupted my daughter's description with the assertion that it was a software issue. Based on the indications and research she had done it was very likely a faulty battery or faulty battery connection. Because this is an intermittent problem and is not reproducible on command, he refused to help us any further... He still insisted it was a software issue.
That aside, I recently upgraded my previous Droid Razr Maxx HD to a Droid Turbo Nylon...
My question is can I take the SIM card from the Droid Ultra and put it in the Droid Razr Maxx HD to get her into a reliable phone?
