Does anyone know of a fix for razr maxx not automatically checking email? After the most recent update it stopped working.
You can try deleting the email, then re-adding it back. Sometimes that jump starts the settings.
Is this the stock email app? I never got it to work correctly on my old Razr Maxx. Once I knew it wouldn't be updated after Jan 16, 2014, I stuck to Gmail and it would auto-sync, as long as the sync was enabled in the quick settings pulldown area.
I tried that but it didn't work. Thank you.
It's the external email. It worked until I did the most recent update. Wouldn't care to use gmail account but everything is set up to go to my external email. Thank you
