IPhone 6s just purchased tonight, wont turn on. it shut off on its own. tried to plug it in, nothing, held both home button and start button, nothing. not sure why or what to do
Does your computer see it on iTunes when plugged in?
Does the Apple Logo appear when you hold the Home/Power buttons?
