As first time user, when I try to activate verizon activation, I was not able to get security code. any idea?

Are you trying to activate your phone, or are you trying to register your wireless number online at vzw.com/MyVerizon to manage your account at the My Verizon website? Is your service with our prepaid, or postpaid service?
